Open Source Support
We are happy that you decide to use Cafienne Community and in our community forum you can find support of other users and developers.
Next to that, it is always possible to open a ticket in our GitHub repositories or provide a pull request to help out. That is highly appreciated!
Priority Support
When you need more guarantees supporting your business, we offer SLA based support for the Cafienne engine in order to ensure that your business operation is secured.
We offer dedicated support for both the Community and the Enterprise Edition.

Consultancy

In addition to support, Cafienne offers consultancy on all aspects of a solution. This enables your engineering to focus on the business at hand from modeling to deployment of the final delivery.
